Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Fashion Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing stylish and contemporary clothing for both men and women. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing innovative collections that align with current fashion trends while ensuring comfort, quality, and market appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Trend Research & Analysis: Stay updated with global fashion trends, seasonal color palettes, and consumer preferences.
✅ Design & Sketching: Create unique, trendy, and fashionable designs for men’s and women’s wear, from casual to high-fashion styles.
✅ Fabric & Material Selection: Choose appropriate fabrics, patterns, and textures that enhance design aesthetics and comfort.
✅ Prototyping & Sampling: Collaborate with manufacturers and pattern makers to develop high-quality samples and prototypes.
✅ Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed tech packs, including measurements, materials, and construction details.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with merchandisers, production teams, and marketers to ensure the designs align with brand vision.
✅ Quality Control: Ensure final garments meet design, fit, and production standards before launching into the market.
✅ Fashion Shows & Photoshoots: Assist in styling and presenting collections for brand promotions, campaigns, and runway shows.
Requirements:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
